Dreaming for Mental Health

Did you know that healthy dreaming plays a big role in healthy mental and emotional states?

Dreams are an opportunity for the subconscious to go to work on the troubles and lessons of the day, and integrate them into the deeper mind. They can serve as a form of emotional detoxification, in which highly reactive elements - stress and negative experiences - are broken down or joined with other complexes to be eliminated, rendered inert, or made newly useful.

In other words: dreams help us make sense of the things we've experienced, and to integrate those experiences into our lives.

We can direct that work when we approach dreaming with intention - so that we are working more efficiently to recover from and adapt to the stress in our lives.

But wait, there's more! 🙂

In addition to the videos, we provide features to accommodate all the different ways people like to learn, so you can internalize the information easily!

  • Lifetime access - so you can review the content as many times as you like, forever!

  • Weekly live Q&A sessions with Katja and Ryn - to ask your questions directly, live and in person! (They're even archived, in case you miss one!) This course has 3 months of live Q&A support.

  • Ask questions anytime - we're always just a click away: you can ask any questions in the integrated discussion forum, and we're committed to personally answering your questions, usually within 24 hours

  • Printable PDF materials - if you like to follow the videos along on paper, or keep them handy for a quick reference

  • Downloadable MP3 files - so you can review the content while you commute, workout, garden, ... anytime!

Are you sleeping?

Dreams can serve as an indicator of sleep quality. People with poor-quality, restless sleep may dream intensely and disruptively – often as nightmares – or else dream not at all. The latter is more likely when sleep is unsatisfactory on a chronic, ongoing basis.

Herbs can help you to work through recurrent nightmares that come from traumatic experiences or difficulty processing stress.

And there are herbs who can help you deepen your dream practice - to more easily remember your dreams, to dream more vividly, and to even dream lucidly: to make choices and direct your dreams.

We cover them all in this course!

This course also includes the basics of getting good sleep in the context of building a practice around dreaming with intention. If you have trouble sleeping, you might also enjoy the Better Sleep mini-course, for more detailed and in-depth material on breaking through those barriers.
